Shipment & Return Policy

SHIPMENT

Order(s) are completed after the transaction by iDEAL, Bankcontant or PayPal has been made. After placing your order the production times as been given on the ordered product page are leading. Production times may fluctuate from the presented production time with 3 to 5 working days. Depending on the chosen method of shipment, your order will be delivered 1-2 or 3-4 working days after leaving our production facility. If your order is on stock, your distributor or we will notify you on the filled-in email address.

 HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

 How do I return an item?

 Not satisfied with the product you have got delivered. That is all right. We will try to help you solve your problem. Before returning your product after purchasing we need to know about what product you are not satisfied and for what reason. To return your product follow the following steps:

  • Reach out to info@tuvo-instruments.com or your local distributor within 30 days after your purchase.
  • Tell your distributor or us what the issue is and attach your invoice to this email.
  • Our customer service or local distributor will answer within five working days on that email.
    • Please be aware never to send uninstructed or unnoticed product back to your local distributor or us. Products that are being returned without notice or instruction will be terminated.
  • You will receive an email whether your return shipment has been accepted or not.
  • Our staff will inform you of the preferred day/ time of pick-up or method of shipment.
  • Once your returned product(s) reaches our facility or the distributors, it will be inspected on the provided guidelines of acceptance of the returned product. Our staff will inform you within five business days of the returned goods are accepted or not.

You can return up to 30 days from the time you receive your product. Returns must be in original condition, unused with original tags, labels, and documentation, placed in the original packaging. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse before your refund will be processed. Our Customer Service will inform you within five business days after receiving the package, on the matter if the returned items are accepted or not. It can take up to 30 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

 TUVO Instruments will select the method of the return shipment. The method of delivery will be mandatory unless others agreed. Costs of shipment or expenses which arise if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard are nun refundable. All return charges are the customer’s liability.

 Important Information:
Items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if these items are received wrong or damaged. We are unable to return any products which because of their nature cannot be returned (for example certified instrumentation) or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

 Other information:
If you return any or all items of your order, delivery and/ or documentation charges will be non-refundable unless the products are faulty, damaged, or not as described upon delivery. Refunds are made by using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. If an electronic refund is not possible, we will process your refund by cheque.
